With the propane type you’d still need to carry that propane cylinder and you need to manually check the temperature of the oil every so often and it can be quite messy and dangerous and this is not at all a problem if you go for the electric deep fryer as the temperature is monitored on its own.

Propane burner is not ideal to be used inside the house so when the big celebration day is really freezing, you can’t enjoy your deep fried turkey anymore. But with an electric fryer, you can use it indoors and not worry about the house smelling like grease.

The electric fryer for turkey costs about $100. It may seem quite expensive if you’d only use it twice a year but then because of its efficient and simple use, you may want to use it more often than that. You can use chicken or duck and deep fry them to perfection.

Turkey is ideal for a large family because it will make the dinner seem more economical because you could still use the leftovers in other foods such as for your Caesar salad and club sandwiches. You can easily reheat the turkey again using the best microwave oven to do the job. Also, you can use the oil from the deep fryer over and over just make sure you filter it before you use it again.
